I like to have fun (as you can see). Enjoy life as much as​ you can! I tell people all the time that laughter is the best core work. Anyway, I've been in the fitness world since 2005 working with anyone from young athletes to the older generation. By incorporating physical fitness, neurological training, nutritional coaching, all with a positive perspective to create the most efficient version of yourself. I like knowing the movements of the joints and the functions of muscles. Once I got a hold of how the body works I became more interested in the effects of nutrition and how it can improve the efficiency of growth and movement. For years I practiced improving myself and others but found another factor to consider. I started to grow my knowledge in neurology and the bodies neuromuscular connection. From there I could now practice the full spectrum of all the things the human body is capable of. Learning how the brain functions, how to correctly move, and how to properly fuel the body, I am confident in my ability to become an Efficient Human and teach others to do the same. Personally, I’m an eternal optimist and believe there is a positive in every situation and all you need to do is take the time to find it. Everything is perspective and I believe we can all go through our entire lives without saying “I can’t”. Take the time to change your perspective to benefit yourself. This can be applied to movement, thinking, and behavior. I care for the well-being of the Earth inclusive of all living being that reside within. My goal is to bestow that mindset to as many humans as I can. Consider how what you do impacts the planet. Respect the earth and be mindful of what you eat, reduce and reverse pollution, and respecting all the creatures on this planet because as humans we should be giving to the planet not taking from it. That's enough about me now lets get you started by clicking the link bellow.
